Online microlearning in short cards—simple to deploy across teams, locations and ways of working. Every question is followed immediately by a micro-lesson, whether the learner answered correctly or not.
Everyone learns how exposure to psychosocial hazards can become harm in the body—from the stress response through blood glucose, visceral fat and chronic inflammation to cardiovascular, musculoskeletal and psychological harm. Everyone can explain the pathway.
