$640,000 to prove what prevention can look like at scale.

Forty 10-Day Health Enhancement Programs. For approximately 1,200 frontline service workers in North Queensland—or another specific cohort agreed with the funder. A concentrated North Queensland proof of concept designed to generate the evidence and implementation pathway needed for broader government adoption.

Indicative funding equivalents based on the $640,000 / 40-program / approximately 1,200-person model. Per-person figures are rounded, not an exact individual fee. Cohort and delivery arrangements are agreed with the Foundation.

What the funding does

Fund a finite proof of concept — not an open-ended program.

The ask is deliberately clear: enough delivery volume to test the model across meaningful frontline cohorts, capture outcomes and refine a scalable implementation system.

1

Deliver 40 programs

Run forty 10-Day Health Enhancement Programs across a twelve-month window, primarily in Cairns and Townsville, with flexibility where a major funding partner wants delivery.

2

Reach around 1,200 people

Prioritise people who carry critical systems — emergency services, healthcare, education, defence/returned service communities and other frontline or high-demand workforces.

3

Measure and learn

Capture participant experience, behavioural change and practical health/performance indicators to strengthen the evidence base and improve the delivery model.

4

Create the government pathway

Package the evidence, operating model and lessons from scale so decision-makers can assess a broader Resilience Academy strategy on its merits.

Philanthropy — Partner

Become a founding force for better health.

Help fund the next 40 programs and strengthen the evidence base for a wider Resilience Academy pathway across Queensland.

A Foundation Partner can help shape an agreed cohort and delivery focus aligned with our charitable purpose. Together we will agree how funding is directed and what outcomes will be reported.

Gift pathway

For philanthropists who want a clear, deductible path.

Eligible gifts to Optimise Health Foundation Ltd may be tax-deductible under our Item 1 DGR endorsement. For significant gifts, our preferred process is human: understand what matters to you, agree how your support will be directed, then provide the appropriate payment and receipt pathway.

Tax note: Eligibility depends on the nature of the payment and the donor's circumstances. Sponsorships and commercial arrangements are different from gifts and are not automatically deductible as charitable gifts. Independent tax advice may be appropriate.

Bespoke partnership

Your problem may not fit into a donation box. That's okay.

Organisations may want to commission programs, build a workforce health system, license access to digital services, deploy body-composition measurement, or combine several Foundation capabilities. Those arrangements need a conversation, not a confusing online price list.

Tell us the workforce, location and outcome you care about. We will map the simplest credible solution and explain what sits inside a commercial arrangement versus a philanthropic gift.

Due diligence

The essentials, up front.

The information a philanthropic or organisational partner is likely to want before beginning a conversation.

Common questions

What a partner may want to know.

Can a donor fund programs outside North Queensland?

Yes. Cairns and Townsville are the core proof-of-concept geography, but a major partner can discuss delivery in another location where it aligns with the Foundation's charitable purpose and delivery capacity.

Can we fund a specific cohort?

Potentially. We can discuss whether a proposed cohort, location or delivery focus fits the Foundation's charitable purpose and the evidence-building objectives of the program.

Will a large gift be taken through this website?

Donations are made through your own bank using the ANZ details in the Donate section; the website does not process payments. Significant or restricted gifts should begin with a conversation so we can agree their purpose and receipt arrangements.

What if our organisation wants services in return?

That may be a commercial or sponsorship arrangement rather than a charitable gift. We will separate the two pathways clearly and build a bespoke proposal.

What happens after the 40 programs?

The intent is to use the delivery evidence, participant data and implementation lessons to make the case for a larger, sustainable pathway — including government-scale adoption.

The next move

Start with a conversation.

Whether you are considering $50,000, $100,000, $300,000 or a strategic organisational partnership, the right next step is the same: tell us what you care about and let us map the pathway.
