Why we’re different

Health First. Measure What Matters. Systems Thinking.

The idea

The health trajectory of Australians is horrendous. 68% of us are overweight or obese and 61% of us have at least one chronic disease.

Most Australians are living with chronic disease risk, not waiting for it. Chronic conditions account for 84% of disease burden; more than a third of total burden is tied to modifiable risks.

The public is overwhelmed by health claims that are not centred in current science. Advice is fragmented across clinic, wellbeing, performance and workplace silos.

Responses usually start after people are already sick, injured or out of capacity. OHF starts earlier: physiology, measurement, individual risk assessment, then individual and organisational systems so healthier behaviour can flourish.

01 — PHILOSOPHY

Health First

Health is the foundation of sustainable wellbeing, resilience and performance. We build capacity before asking people to simply cope harder.

02 — MECHANISM

Measure What Matters

Meaningful measurement creates awareness, accountability and better decisions — from metabolic markers to body composition and real-world outcomes.

03 — METHOD

Systems Thinking

Individual change lasts when the surrounding system supports it. We connect physiology, behaviour, leadership and organisational practice.

Why we're different

Not another wellness program. An operating system that improves health and performance.

Six differentiators work together in one integrated model. Each matters. The combination is what changes the category.

Medical Expertise

Clinically credible, medically informed programs and services — with medical thinking leading the model rather than sitting at the edge of it.

Evolutionary Foundation

Grounded in human biology and the conditions people are designed to function in — not simply the norms of modern life.

Objective Measurement

Biological and behavioural data guide decisions, create feedback and make change visible rather than relying on attendance, intention or satisfaction surveys alone.

AI-Enabled

Scalable, personalised support through intelligent digital coaching — extending education, adherence and access without replacing human judgement.

Integrated Health Systems

Physiology, behaviour, leadership and organisational practice are treated as one connected system instead of isolated interventions.

Learning & Improvement

We measure outcomes, learn from delivery and improve the system over time—so programs evolve with the evidence and the needs of each workforce.

Evidence, not assumptions

No more guessing whether a health program worked.

OHF is building what may be one of the first health enhancement and performance programs designed to demonstrate measurable biological improvement—not simply participation or satisfaction.

With appropriate consent and privacy safeguards, relevant biological and behavioural measures can be collected before, during and after delivery. This helps show whether participants are becoming healthier, more resilient and better able to perform at their best.

Organisations can receive aggregated, de-identified reporting that makes workforce-level progress visible. Leaders can see what is changing, where further support may be needed and whether their investment is producing meaningful results.

This measurement-and-feedback loop also makes OHF a learning and improvement-focused organisation: every program produces insight that can strengthen the next one.

Prevention, capacity and performance

Beyond reactive support—without replacing essential controls.

Employee assistance programs provide an important pathway when a person needs counselling or support. They do not, on their own, replace an organisation's duty to identify, assess, control and review psychosocial hazards at work.

Where does a Health Enhancement Program fit?

OHF complements safer work design, effective psychosocial risk controls and EAP access. Our role is to build health literacy, physiological capacity, recovery, resilience and performance before people become unwell, injured or lose capacity. A healthier worker should never be expected to tolerate unsafe work.

What makes the model practical for an organisation?

OHF offers a connected, ready-to-deploy ecosystem rather than a collection of disconnected initiatives. Medical expertise, health education, biological measurement, AI-enabled coaching and ongoing support work together and can be scaled for organisations of different sizes.

How is impact demonstrated?

Measure What Matters is built into delivery. Agreed biological, behavioural and organisational indicators can be tracked over time and reported in aggregated, de-identified form, helping leaders assess outcomes and the value of their investment.
